Simple, Predictable Pricing

When your integration schedules a hook with the Schedule Hook API, the monthly count is increased. A 5-email drip campaign for one user is 5 hooks. Deliveries, retries, and other API calls don't count, only the initial scheduling does. Your count resets on the first of each month.

At 75% you'll get a heads-up email. At 100% you'll get another notice, but scheduling keeps working — you can use up to 150% of your quota. Beyond 150%, new hooks are rejected until the 1st of next month. No surprise bills — ever.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades are prorated too — you pay the lower rate right away but keep your higher quota until the end of the billing period.

No. Your hook count resets on the 1st of each month. Unused hooks don't carry over.

Our free tier (1,000 hooks/month) replaces time-limited trials. Use it as long as you need to evaluate the product. Upgrade when you're ready.

Yes. Your quota and current usage are always visible on the Account Page in your dashboard. Every POST /hooks response also includes Posthook-HookQuota-* headers so you can track usage programmatically.

Every hook is committed to a durable message queue before the API returns, so nothing is lost during traffic spikes or maintenance. Infrastructure runs across multiple availability zones — Kubernetes, PostgreSQL with synchronous replication and automatic failover, and Pub/Sub with no single-zone dependency. Delivery is at-least-once with configurable retries. We've maintained 99.98% uptime since 2018. Check our Status Page for current status.

For one timing concern, cron works fine. But most teams end up with several: reminders, expirations, follow-ups, status checks. Each gets its own polling query, its own schedule, its own failure mode. No per-event precision, no retries, no visibility into whether anything actually ran. Posthook replaces all of them with one API call per event and one dashboard for everything.

To cancel your subscription, go to Account Settings and downgrade. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free. As long as your account exists, all previously scheduled hooks will be delivered. To close your account entirely, use the option in Account Settings.

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
